  • How is Glee Talent different from a traditional recruitment agency?
    1. Most traditional agencies charge a hefty placement fee—usually 20-30% of the candidate's annual salary—for each hire. At Glee Talent, we take a different approach. Instead of those high upfront costs, we offer a low monthly subscription fee while you work with us, plus a much lower placement fee that decreases the more roles you hire for. It’s a model that works with your budget, not against it. 2. With us, you’re not just getting a stack of CVs—you’re getting an Embedded Talent Partner who truly becomes part of your team. They’ll manage the full recruitment process, end-to-end, as if they’re one of your in-house team members. 3. We also make sure you own the talent pools we build for you. Unlike agencies that charge you to access their pre-built pools, the networks we create are yours to keep, adding long-term value to your hiring strategy. 4.     Absolutely! Our Talent-as-a-Service model is designed to adapt to your specific requirements. If you don’t have an in-house talent acquisition team in place, we can manage the entire process for you—from creating a tailored talent acquisition strategy and marketing your roles to candidates, all the way through to making the hires themselves. We’re here to act as an extension of your business and take the weight off your shoulders.
  • Can Glee Talent work alongside my existing talent team?
    Absolutely! If you're existing in-housing facing challenges with highly specialized hires or are experiencing a surge in hiring needs and have hiring gaps, we can support your current in-house team and seamlessly integrate with your existing processes to deliver exceptional talent quickly.
  • What type of roles do you hire for?
    We specialize in Talent-as-a-Service for sales roles, dedicated to sourcing exceptional sales talent. That said, if you have a one-off tech role, like a software engineer, we can support you with that too. We've successfully helped clients with similar needs in the past and work closely with a trusted Tech Specialist Recruitment partner to ensure your non-sales hiring requirements are fully taken care of.
  • How many roles can your Talent Partners handle at the same time?
    Our Talent Partners can manage up to 6 hires per month. If you’re facing high-volume hiring demands and require support for more than 6 hires, we can assign additional Talent Partners temporarily to meet your needs. Think of our subscription service as having a flexible, on-demand talent team that functions like an extension of your in-house hiring team.
  • How quickly can you fill roles?
    Typically we deliver interviewed candidates within 1- 2 weeks of receiving a brief from you.
  • How does your service differ from other Embedded Recruitment Providers?
    Typically other Embedded Recruitment providers will charge £7,000 to £12,000 per month on a fixed long-term subscription per talent partner. With Glee Talent, we’re committed to motivating our team to achieve outstanding results quickly. That’s why we believe a success-based fee per hire plus a low subscription fee instead of a large subscription fee is the best way to ensure both speed and quality in the hiring process. We also think it’s only fair that you’re not paying large fees unless we successfully place candidates. On average, our on success rate is between 7-10%
