Our legitimate interest(s) are: We rely on Contract to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts we intend to enter into or have entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us or we think will be of interest to you because it is relevant to your career or to your organisation.

    We will rely on Legal Obligation if we are legally required to hold information on you to fulfil our legal obligations (such as HMRC Intermediary reporting).

    We will in some circumstances rely on Consent for particular uses of your data and you will be asked for your express consent if legally required. Examples of when consent may be the lawful basis for processing include permission to collect sensitive personal data (if you are a candidate) in accordance with a client’s Terms of Business.;

  5. Processing of user personal data is necessary to a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of our official authority.

Personal Data We Collect
We only collect data that helps us achieve the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy. We will not collect any additional data beyond the data listed below without notifying you first.

 

Data Collected in a Non-Automatic Way
We may also collect the following data when you perform certain functions on our Site:

Employees
We may disclose user data to any member of our organisation who reasonably needs access to user data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Third Parties
We may share user data with the following third parties:

  1. Clients and prospective clients for the purpose of introducing candidates to them;

  2. Clients, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance and compliance obligations of any contract we enter into with them or you;

  3. Third parties who perform functions on our behalf and who also provide services to us, such as our timesheet provider or marketing email platform;

  4. Credit reference agencies, compliance partners and other sub-contractors for the purpose of assessing your suitability for a role where this is a condition of us entering into a contract with you;

  5. Insurers; 

  6. A professional association or registration body or regulatory or law enforcement agencies if we are required by law to do so.

We may share the following user data with third parties:

  1. Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site
     

Third parties will not be able to access user data beyond what is reasonably necessary to achieve the given purpose.

Other Disclosures
We will not sell or share your data with other third parties, except in the following cases:

  2. If it is required for any legal proceeding;

  3. To prove or protect our legal rights; and

How Long We Store Personal Data
User data will be stored until the purpose the data was collected for has been achieved.

How We Protect Your Personal Data
All information you provide to us is stored on our UK internal secure servers and in our database partner Zoho Recruit.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

Your Rights as a User
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  1. Right to be informed;

  2. Right of access;

  3. Right to rectification;

  4. Right to erasure;

  5. Right to restrict processing;

  6. Right to data portability; and

  7. Right to object.

Children
The minimum age to use our website is 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. If a child under 16 years of age has provided us with personal data their parent or guardian may contact our data protection officer.
